CD 4204 - Organic Speech Disorders

This course examines the characteristics of a number of organic disabilities that impact human communication. Included in this course are the primary etiologies of the disability, the salient symptoms of the disability, the real or potential impact of the disability on the development, use, and maintenance of communication, and the impact of the resulting communication disorders on the client’s life and family.
