CE 5273 - Advanced Soil Mechanics

Advanced theories and concepts in the areas of subsurface exploration, soil mineralogy, compressibility of soil and rock, stress distribution and settlement, and shear strength of soil and rock. Undergraduate coursework in soil mechanics. The course is restricted to engineering graduate students.
