NS 6253 - Nutrition in Critical Illness

Focuses on the challenges of managing patients in the critical care setting, from the physiologic changes associated with metabolic stress to special needs met with nutrition support. Appropriate medical nutrition therapy in specific disease states included. Restricted to Nutrition and Dietetics graduate students.
