NRS 4012 - Essentials of Obstetric Nursing

Sem. Hrs: 2

Theoretical basis for professional nursing care of the childbearing family. Emphasis is on nursing care of the woman, the fetus, and the infant within the family environment. Fall, Spring, Summer. Registration is restricted to stu­dents who are accepted to the BSN program options.

Prerequisites: NRS 3205 , NRS 3312 , NRSP 3205  (Traditional BSN); NRS 3422 , NRS 3423 , NRS 4423 , NRSP 3453  (Accelerated BSN).
