MSL 4083 - Company Grade Leadership

Sem. Hrs: 3

Explore topics relevant to Lieutenants entering the Army. Describe legal aspects of decision-making and leadership. Examine leader responsibilities that foster ethical command climate. Requires supervising and assessing a weekly 2-hour leadership lab and four weekly 1-hour physical training sessions. Spring.

Prerequisites: MSL 4073 , and a minimum overall 3.0 GPA for all Military Science and Leadership courses attempted.
